At plusOne®, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Package Your Items

Securely place your items in the original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the portal to ensure faster processing.

Ship It Back

Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
